There is one word I can use to describe this shoe… SUPPORT. This latest incarnation of the ever so popular footwear model Propulse lands with some VAST improvements over the previous three generations of this shoe. This new Propulse Fury model has been completely re-engineered to maximize stability making it one of the most stabile shoes we sell at FST.
Because Babolat understands not only the importance of stability and durability, they did not skimp on the comfort factor as this new models utilizes an EVA midsole with Kompressor technology for superior cushioning, support, and responsiveness to the foot. Surprisingly, Babolat even loads this new shoe up with Ortho-Lite memory shape insoles which adds even more cushioning to the area under the foot.
This new Propulse Fury also utilizes Babolat’s patented Active Flexxion technology which is a process where Babolat has identified the 9 key pressure points on the foot and uses this new technology to provide maximum support, responsiveness, and undressed cushioning to those 9 specific areas reducing stress to the foot during play.
For those of you who tend to wear holes in your shoes no need to worry. Babolat is still using Michelin rubber on the outsole and still offering a six month outsole durability guarantee.
We just received these new shoes last week and so far the response has been pretty good. The previous Propulse models tended to run a bit narrow but this new Propulse Fury is a much wider shoe and can accommodate most people with a slightly wider foot.
All in all we feel that this new Babolat Propulse Fury model is far superior to any of the previous models Babolat has introduced to the tennis market. If you have been hesitant to try a Babolat shoe because of the reputation of the previous models then may I suggest you come in and try a pair on and see for yourself what an improvement these new Propule Fury tennis shoes are.
The new Babolat Propulse Fury tennis shoes are now available at First Serve Tennis.
